Welcome to EIVOC 2025 (here in after referred to as “the Conference”). By accessing or using our website to register for any of the sessions, workshops, or events hosted by us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any payment or completing the registration process.

1. Registration

To register for any event, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is up to date, including but not limited to your name, email address, and payment details.

2. Payment

All payments for the conference or sessions must be made in full through the available payment gateways. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider. By making a payment, you consent to these terms.

3. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable Payments

All payments for conference registration, workshops, or other sessions are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Once the payment is successfully processed, it cannot be transferred to another individual, session, or workshop, nor can it be refunded under any circumstances. This policy ensures the smooth operation and scheduling of all events.

4. Changes to the Event

The Conference reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel the event or session details due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify all registered participants.

5. Code of Conduct

By attending the conference, you agree to comply with the code of conduct, including respect for other participants, speakers, and organizers. Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
