Payment Policy

2. Payment Confirmation

 Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. Please ensure you have provided the correct email address at the time of registration. In case of an unsuccessful payment, you will be prompted to try again.

Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Payments

 All payments made for conference registration, workshops, or other sessions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or change of plans.

2.Non-Transferable Payments

 Payments for the conference or any of its sessions are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration or payment to another individual, session, or workshop. Please ensure that the session you are registering for is appropriate for your needs.

3.Event Cancellations or Changes

 If the conference or any session is canceled or significantly altered, we will notify participants in advance. In such cases, you will have the option to select an alternative session or workshop if available, or you may request a refund for the same. Only in this case the refunds are processed. And refunds will be credited to the same mode of payment you have used at the time of registration. The time to get the refund will be as per the policy of our payment gateway partners. Refund requests must be made within one week of the event cancellation or change.

4.Force Majeure

 The Conference is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
