How to Submit

Submission Deadline:

All entries must be submitted by June 20, 2025, before 5:00 pm IST.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Format Requirements:

• Video: MP4 format preferred

• File size should not exceed: 500mb

 Length of Performance:

• Maximum duration: 5 minutes
• Exceeding the time limit may lead to disqualification or point deductions.

File Naming:

• Please name your file in the following format: Category_TeamName_Degree
• Example: Dance_Rock and roll _UG.mp4

Submission guidelines:

• Upload your file via [Google Drive and give access to the organizing team] and share the link via email to: eivoc@snmail.org
• Give all the participants name and degree in the mail body
• Subject of the mail: Name of the Organization_Dance
• You are not required to wear your final performance or use any props in the submission video

Video/Audio Quality:

• Ensure good lighting and clear audio without any background noise
• Background should be clean and distraction-free
• No filters, overlays, or edits that alter the actual performance

Originality:

• All performances must be original or clearly credit any existing work

Permissions:

• By submitting, you agree to allow the organizers to use your performance for promotion or showcasing purposes

Categories:

• Dance: Only Group (Minimum 5 to maximum 10 participants in a team)

• Use of props is allowed, but no flammable and hazardous materials, provide the list of props to be used for the final performance.
• Music: Vocal, Instrumental, Composition are allowed.

NOTE:

• Required things for the dance performance to be taken care by the respective teams.
• Theme based performances are encouraged but not mandatory
• Vulgarity or obscenity in costumes or moves will lead to disqualification
• Judges’ decision will be final

Guidelines

• Conference registration is mandatory to participate.
• All submissions will go through a pre-selection process.
• Results of the pre-selection will be announced on 30^th June, 2025.
• If selected, you will be notified through email along with the instructions.
• Only the selected teams will get an opportunity to perform on stage in EIVOC 2025
